EASTON, Md. — Designer of the Yr, introduced by Decorating Den Interiors, has been awarded to franchise operator Monique Holland of Washington D.C. This was the company’s 38th Intercontinental Dream Space awards presentation, held at the company’s Designcon 2022 once-a-year conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Holland’s modern and industrial design of dining house with daring wallcoverings was judged most effective in category and the general most effective of 300 entries in 10 categories by inside style journalists through the U.S. and Canada. She also had the first-place home business, 2nd-position relatives space and received a few other individual classes of judging competitions.
“I am thrilled to get this honor, specifically due to the fact this was the 1st time I entered Desire Room,” explained Holland. “I commenced my company only 4 decades in the past. Becoming Designer of the Calendar year and successful so lots of other awards is incredibly thrilling.”
